What is PRP?

A small sample of the patient’s blood is taken from their arm (you must be trained in phlebotomy/venepuncture to take live bloods) and placed into a centrifuge, which separates platelet rich plasma from the red blood cells. The plasma can then be used for both Skin Rejuvenation and Hair Loss.

What are the benefits for my clients?

It can treat:

  • Fine lines and wrinkles
  • A “crepey” neck
  • Smaller areas, such as the under eye
  • Hair loss

The platelets in our blood contain growth factors, by re-injecting the platelet rich plasma into the skin and hair, the cells in that area can reproduce rapidly, stimulating repair.
