Entry Requirements: This course is open to the following medical professionals who have completed a Foundation Dermal Filler qualification:
GMC, GDC, NMC, GPhC and HCPC

All applicants will be assessed individually on experience, skills and knowledge.

This course aims to build upon your foundation dermal filler knowledge and skill. On completion of this course you will feel confident in contouring and volumising lips. It is also a perfect introduction to treating the mid area of the face especially on the younger person who requires contouring and slight enhancement of a flattened cheek area. This is a perfect stepping stone to our Advanced Dual Modality Combined Global Approach to Facial Ageing Course that will cover the complete mid face, jawline and chin areas with Dermal Filler and Botulinum Toxin.

What does the Intermediate Lip and Upper Cheek Contouring course cover?

The theory session of this course will give a brief re-cap of the principles underpinning dermal filler. We will help you develop an injecting plan based on lip assessment. You will cover young lip v older lip and different injecting methods.

Pre-course reading will also be provided. The more commitment you give to this pre-course learning, the more you will be prepared with questions for the Educators. We will also teach you:

  • Assessment of the lip and other influencing factors

Do you offer support with prescriptions for delegates who do not hold a prescribing qualification?
 
If you are not a prescriber, we will, where possible, try to put you in touch with a doctor or nurse in your area who can offer a face to face prescribing service for your patients, however, it is the delegate’s responsibility to arrange all consultations with the prescriber.
