Yvonne Senior

Clinical Lead Educator

Yvonne Senior is an experienced non-surgical aesthetic nurse, educator, and industry leader with over 25 years’ expertise in medical aesthetics. She has worked across clinics in London, Yorkshire, and the North West and is widely respected for her commitment to clinical excellence, education, and professional standards.

With a strong NHS background progressing from staff nurse to senior management, Yvonne is a graduate of the prestigious King’s Fund Leadership Programme and has guest lectured at Leeds University. She holds a degree in Dermatology and a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Aesthetics and a certificate in education.

Yvonne is deeply passionate about teaching, mentoring, and supporting learner development, ensuring practitioners are trained to the highest clinical and ethical standards. She believes robust education and regulation are essential to public safety and to future-proofing aesthetic practice. Her expertise in this area includes serving as a member of Health Education England’s Expert Reference Group and as an active member of the JCCP Education and Training Committee.

As a trainer, Yvonne delivers advanced education in treatments including Botulinum Toxin A and dermal fillers, equipping learners with the confidence, competence, and governance knowledge required for safe, sustainable practice.

Alison Stananought

Clinical Training & Operations Consultant

Alison Stananought is the Training and Operations Consultant and VTCT Centre Lead for Facethetics®, the medical division of Skin Group International Ltd., with over 20 years’ experience in education-led organisations within the aesthetic and clinical training sector.

She holds recognised Teaching, Assessing and Internal Quality Assurance qualifications, including Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance, Level 3 Assessor, and the Level 3 Award in Education and Training. Alison provides strategic oversight of assessment practice, learner journeys, internal quality assurance processes and standardisation activity, ensuring academic integrity, consistency and regulatory compliance across programmes.

Alison has been instrumental in the development, implementation and quality assurance of regulated aesthetic qualifications, supporting curriculum structure, alignment of learning outcomes and the establishment of robust policies and operational systems. Her role bridges academic governance and operational delivery, working closely with educators, assessors and administrative teams to support high-quality, ethical and learner-centred training provision.

Her approach is characterised by attention to detail, strong regulatory awareness and a commitment to best practice, contributing to the ongoing credibility, sustainability and professional standards of the centre.
